The shipping costs for Italy are:


up to 2kg - 8€ by courier DHL (main), UPS or SDA

For all international shipments ( non-EU countries etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer duties/ taxes at the time of delivery.

Unless an exception applies, the User may have the right to withdraw from the contract within the period specified below (usually 14 days) for any reason and without justification. The User can find further information on the right of withdrawal in this section.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Owner an unequivocal communication of his intention to withdraw from the contract.

To this end, the User can use the standard withdrawal form found in the definitions section of this document. However, the User is free to express his intention to withdraw from the contract in any other suitable form. In order to respect the period within which the right must be exercised, the User must send the declaration of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

When does the withdrawal period expire?

In case of purchase of several goods ordered together but delivered separately or in case of purchase of a single good made up of different lots or pieces delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party - from these appointed and other than the courier – takes possession of the last of the goods, lots or pieces.

Effects of withdrawal

The Owner reimburses all payments received including, if made, those relating to delivery costs to Users who have correctly exercised the right of withdrawal.

However, the higher cost resulting from the choice of a particular delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Owner will remain the responsibility of the User.

The refund takes place without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the Owner was informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the refund is made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. The User does not have to bear any costs as a result of the withdrawal.

Unless the Owner has offered to collect the goods, the User is required to return them to the Owner or to another person authorized by him to receive them without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if the delivery of the goods to the courier or other authorized person takes place before the expiry of the 14-day period described above. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User has provided proof of having returned them.

The User is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods deriving from a use of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The return shipping costs are charged to the User.

We remind all users that the products sold as ( seen and liked or for spare parts or not working ) have no right in any way to any guarantee, both in Italy and in Europe.

How do I sell you an item?

To sell an item it is sufficient to bring it to the shop. In a short time you will be made an evaluation that can be freely accepted, rejected or considered later. If the evaluation is accepted, we will make one or more test to verify the correct functionality of the object. Following a positive outcome of the tests, you will be given the agreed amount directly in cash.

Can I get an evaluation from home?

In most cases yes. The number of shops corresponds to the number of Whatsapp, through which it is possible to send photos for an evaluation. The only thing really necessary is to specify the brand and model. It is also possible to use Facebook chat, email, or directly via a phone call. For some objects, such as guitars and watches, you must necessarily view them in person to get an estimate. We ask you, however, not to excessively abuse the remote evaluation service by sending hundreds of photos

with dozens of objects. NB: remote evaluations are always indicative and could decrease or increase once the object has been viewed

Is there any requirement to sell?

To sell you must be of legal age and have a valid identity document (Identity Card / Driving license). The objects offered must fall within the categories of the products we deal with and must be functional, except for exceptions.

When do you pay me?

We pay once the test and negotiation have been successfully concluded, that is, immediately and in cash.

I'd like to think about it, how much time do I have?

Our valuation is valid for one week. After the week, the valuation will simply be redone but it may vary from the first. This tends to be due to the devaluation of the articles over time.

When can I bring you my items?

During the opening hours of the shop, with one exception. It is essential to show up at the shop at least half an hour before closing time. This is due to the fact that it is impossible for us to estimate and perform all the tests just before closing the shutters. We always want to be precise in evaluating and testing every single object.

What kind of payment do you accept?

All conventional payment types. For online purchases we only accept bank transfer or PayPal.

Is there a guarantee on the items you sell?

We give a minimum of 6 months warranty for all items except those of intellectual property (movies, music, books, video games, etc.) on which 5 days warranty is given instead. The warranty covers defects in product conformity, and provides different types of resolution: repair, replacement, partial return or total return depending on the nature and extent of the defect found. In no case is the "money back guarantee" formula applied.

Can I see the items you have for sale from home?

Although the best solution is always to take a tour of the store, all the new arrivals are published daily on the various social networks (facebook and instagram) and on our website. One of the most effective methods to keep up to date is obtained by subscribing to our channel on Telegram (free app). All photos of items made in-store go through the Gachapon photo channel first.

Can you keep an article aside for me?

On request we can keep an item aside, without a deposit, for 1 day. By leaving a deposit of 30% *, the item is set aside for a maximum of 7 days. By leaving a confirmation deposit of 50% *, the The item is set aside for a maximum of 20 days. Some items cannot be set aside. * percentage of the cost of the set aside item.

How does the trade-in work?

By trade-in we mean simply buying something while selling something else. Instead of receiving payment in cash, you can deduct the amount from a product that is for sale or request a voucher to be used later (the validity of the vouchers is 1 year). By exchanging you get a surcharge on the valuation ranging from 10% to 20% of the total value. surcharge, a discount will be applied to the purchased item.
